The Chapel performance area was a focus for presentations of lowland Christian music traditions by a choral ensemble from Bacong, Negros Oriental, a Musicong Bumbong (bamboo orchestra) from Bulacan Province, a Rondalla (string) ensemble from Marikina in Manila and a Subli (devotional dance to the Holy Cross) ensemble from Batangas Province. The groups performed in front of a 19th century altar. An elaborate 50 ft. bamboo facade with several dozen colored and lit parols (lanterns) was constructed for the entry to the chapel.
