Anise (Piminella anisum)

Cathartic. Cocoa Butter (Theobroma cacao)
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)
Helps control blood-sugar (triples the ability of insulin to metabolism glucose in the laboratory). Small amount on cereal: 1/2 teaspoon or so. Cloves (Eugenica caryophyllata)
Temporary pain relief. Sedative and sleep tonic. Reverses mild depression. Curbs flatulence. Improves digestion.
Coconut Oil (Cocos nucifera)
Corn Silk (Zea mays)
Kidney problems, general kidney cleanser, diuretic. Silk from two ears of corn boiled in one quart water for 15 minutes and refrigerate: one 8 oz. glass every 3 hours. (Seminole Maroons)
Anticancer properties. (Greatly increases the activity of a body chemical known to protect against certain kinds of cancer. Blocks 83% of the chromosome damage normally caused by a cancer-causing chemical. Cook with beans and lentils. Studies done in Western Galilee Regional Hospital, Israel, and in India. Dandelion Greens (Taraxacam officinale)
Detoxifies the system, especially after periods of relative inactivity, such as winter, during convalescence, et cetera.
Garlic (Allium sativum)
Life span enhancer (Op. Cit.). Volumes have been written about the qualities of garlic: lowering blood pressure, cold and flu prevention, combats hypertension, internal parasites, diarrhea, asthma, blood sugar problems such as diabetes, pains in the muscles and joints, mild food poisoning, heart problems, high cholesterol, urinary tract infections, heals wounds, yeast infections, antiseptic for mild cuts.
Ginger (Zingiber offinale)

Mint (Mentha piperita & Mentha viridis)
Headaches. Female problems. Relieves indigestion, nausea, diarrhea, asthma and shortness of breath, toothaches. Aids digestion. Poultices for headaches, pains in muscles and joints. Peanuts (Arachis hypogaea)
Helps prevent tension and nervousness. Oil for massage for general circulation and to relieve gout, bursitis, arthritis, et cetera. Combine 12 parts peanut oil, 4 parts each olive oil and rosewater, and one part lanolin to make Cayce's Aura Glow face oil for circulation, et cetera.
Pepper, Black (Piper nigrum)

Peppers, Hot (Capsicum annum)
